Daniel Bishop, the Storyteller’s favorite kind of stories are ghost stories. He is always on the hunt for a new haunting tale. Countless hours of researching American folklore, urban legends, reports of the supernatural, and ghost stories from around the world have left Daniel with dozens of stories ready for telling. Many more just await the right occasion to arise from the dark shadows of research and become spooky spoken tales. His tales range from silly but startling stories appropriate for youngsters to terrifying tales for adults. “Jump tales are fun,” says Daniel, “but I really enjoy scaring those who truly want to be scared.”

Daniel Bishop, the Storyteller has stories for: |
Everyone These stories are designed to allow the listeners to enjoy all the fun of ghost stories without the fright. Tales may have a punchline-type ending or make you jump at a loud noise but hopefully won’t cause any nightmares.
|
Youth / Teens
Fun and a little frightening, these stories are scarier than the Everyone category, but lack the reality and graphic details of the scariest stories. Daniel is skilled at reading audience reaction and telling stories within the group’s comfort range. These tales are likely to be shared around the campfire or at slumber parties time and time again by the listeners in these eager age groups.

Grown-ups Stories for those who really wish to be scared. Daniel avoids the cheap scare and goes straight for the psychological mind games.
